Renew Sinai is the largest and most ambitious redevelopment in Mount Sinai’s history. It is transforming care for our patients and their families with a complete redesign and rebuild of our most important care facilities.
In earlier phases of Renew Sinai, six floors were added to the Murray Street side of Mount Sinai Hospital. This created new facilities to support women through pregnancy and labour, equipping our specialists to continue to revolutionize care for our tiniest and most fragile patients.
The current phase is redeveloping over 300,000 square feet of the existing hospital—the equivalent of five football fields—while continuing to deliver high-quality care. Renew Sinai touches each of the hospital’s 20 floors.
